Once you have chosen a location you wish to live we suggest you do some googling and find what sections are available in your preferred location. You might also like to take a drive around the area. From here you should think about the size of the house you wish to build, the section size, and the orientation.

Once you have chosen your preferred section the Yoursection.nz team encourage you to place your preferred section on hold for a few days to discuss if this is the right decision for you without any pressure. You may like to discuss options with your builder or architects, your bank and your lawyer before you proceed further.

Once you have signed the Sale and Purchase Agreement and returned to us, you have 10 working days to confirm your purchase. Once you have confirmed your purchase the deposit is due. The balance of the purchase will be due at time of settlement.

This is a good time to start finalising your house plans and deciding who you wish to build with. Talking to builders already in the area or asking friends about their building experience can be a good starting point.  Please ensure you refer to the Design Guide for Your Section under “Useful Info” on our website to help you with the developers approval process.
