Say hello to Wilfield Rise, an extension of our much-loved Wilfield subdivision in West Melton.
At Wilfield Rise we have endeavoured to retain some of the natural contours and features of the land and we want to continue with the look and feel of our very popular WIlfield subdivision, we will be creating expansive reserves and walkways.
With construction well underway and current releases 1100m2-1200m2, future stages section sizes will be from 600m2, there will be a limited amount of 3000m2 to come.

Wilfield Rise is located at the southern end of our Wilfield subdivision off Kingsdowne Drive. The development offers a wide variety of sections,current releases ranging in size from 1,100m2 to 3,000m2.
Future releases will include a range of section sizes from 600m2.
Wilfield is in close proximity to West Melton Primary and Rolleston High School, with West Melton Domain and Sports Fields, plus other rural recreation reserves close by.
